The tour begins with your guide taking you on a walk across the glass bottom bridge on the peak of Kings Park. A fantastic natural treasure situated in the heart of the city with 360” degrees views of the city and hills. Discover flora which is native to Western Australia, pause and reflect at our National war memorial and take the solemn drive down May Avenue and reflect on the living memorial for the fallen diggers. Drive down Mounts Bay road past the Swan River through the affluent suburbs of Dalkeith & Peppermint Grove to view the magnificent mansions and river views. Driving along the coast road we travel to Cottesloe Beach where you can admire the white sand and pristine waters of Cottesloe. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach or take a dip in the ocean. We stop for Fish & Chips on the beach. Finally we travel through Claremont and Subiaco making our way to Lake Monger to view the West Australian emblem the Black Swan before returning to the hotel.
Swan Valley with Home Stay Option
Departing Perth for Bindoon we wind through the picturesque valleys passing city and rural sights before arriving at Orchard Glory. Once there, enjoy the fresh countryside. Explore the fields and rolling hills, take leisurely strolls through the orchards and vineyards, pick fruit along the way, do some fishing, and the children will enjoy feeding the animals. Or have a BBQ beside the lake.
We spend the night at the farm stay rising early to enjoy the life on the land before we head off to a quick tour around the shire of Bindoon visiting local bakeries and fresh produce farms. (Optional)
We then begin our tour of the Swan Valley with a visit to Caversham Wildlife Park. Here, we can see and touch native animals and Australian Koalas and Kangaroos in their natural habitat, while enjoying the parkland and features of this well-renown bush land area.
Whilst in the Swan Valley we experience a selection of the famous wineries, a local brewery and sample some of the finest produce from the area. We take in a tour of a working winery to discover what goes into producing the perfect drop. At the cellar door you have the opportunity to sample and purchase the delightful range. Whilst in the Valley we visit the Maalinup Perth Aboriginal Gallery and learn to throw a boomerang and admire the art, and visit the gift shop. Before heading back to the City you have the option of lunch at a local winery or a picnic lunch at Whiteman Park. Returning to the city past Burswood entertainment complex.
Swan Valley & Caversham Wildlife Park

Heading out of the city along great Eastern Highway past the Burswood Resort, the first stop is Caversham wildlife Park for the opportunity to cuddle a koala and see the kangaroos in their natural habitat. We take a guided walk through the park to explore all the native animals. From here we travel further into the valley visiting local breweries, wineries and fresh produce suppliers. We enjoy an ice cream at the famous Oggi’s before heading to the Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery for a guided lesson on how to throw a boomerang and learn about Aboriginal heritage and way of life. Enjoy a gourmet lunch at a local winery or enjoy a BBQ lunch.
